Who is DOMINIC MONKHOUSE?
Dominic Monkhouse is a proven architect of business growth. As managing director, he headed up teams that scaled two UK technology service firms from zero to £30M a year in less than 5 years–at Rackspace in Uxbridge and Peer 1 Hosting in Southampton–with Peer 1 achieving $200M globally. Sandwiched between these roles is a sensational turnaround at IT Lab, taking them from 90 days to oblivion and a monthly loss of £65000 to profitable (later selling for £65M). In his life before IT, he sold drugs, gold, diamonds and learned much as a purveyor of beautiful knickers and chickens. Dominic now helps others as a business coach and works with his clients and their teams in the 'Management Lab' he has built on his farm near Salisbury.
